About Gary Wales, Realtor ®

Gary Wales is a Realtor®️ and Associate Broker with HomeSmart Lifestyles. He primarily serves Queen Creek and the East Valley of Arizona. Gary completed his Bachelor's degree at Salisbury University in MD, and earned his original real estate license shortly after in 2000 when he moved to Florida. As a young man, Gary expanded his knowledge in Real Estate as a leasing manager for a large multi-family apartment complex. Also, at a young age, Gary invested in rental properties that he still owns today. While still growing his career, Gary continued to build upon his skills in sales, customer service, operations, marketing, and management in a variety of professional corporate roles. These included branch management and corporate sales roles at Enterprise Rent A Car and a Regional Director role at Empire Education Group. The Regional Director role at Empire Education Group brought Gary to Arizona in 2011. With a continued thirst for knowledge and self development, Gary completed his MBA at Grand Canyon University in 2014. In 2017, his passion for Real Estate was ready to take off in a full time role. Since that time, Gary has worked with a variety of clients and has achieved 5 star Google Ratings. He is proud to mention that he works with many repeat clients and client referrals. His specialties include, but are not limited to; residential real estate, active adult, horse property, vacant land, and modular homes. In his spare time, Gary loves to jet ski, goes off-roading and hiking, and spends time with his two young boys that are very active in club soccer.
