Queen Creek has been on a building boom! This has spilled over to San Tan Valley with the new 2,000 home proposed community of Wales Ranch! Wales Ranch is going to be located on the NorthEast corner of Schnepf Road and Combs Road. The project will start with an initial 640 acres, and is expected to have 3 phases. As a joint venture between TerraWest Communities of Phoenix and Ashton Woods, the first phase is anticipated to include over 700 homes. A second phase will follow with about 550 homes.
